Krypto

Krypto, also known as Krypto the Superdog, is a superhero dog appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. He first appeared in Adventure Comics #210 in March 1955, created by writer Otto Binder and artists Curt Swan and Sy Barry. The character is Superman's pet dog from Krypton, possessing similar superpowers under a yellow sun. Originally a test subject for the rocket that would send baby Kal-El to Earth, Krypto eventually arrives on Earth and reunites with a teenage Superboy. The character was well-received and became a regular in Superboy stories, later appearing across the DC Universe as Superman's loyal canine companion. Krypto's adventures often blend superheroics with lighthearted animal antics.
